CANCEL ISPF/PDF Edit Macro Command

CANCEL command is used to end an edit session without saving latest changes.

• Terminate an edit session

• Undo the changes since the beginning of last save

ISREDIT CANCEL

Example:

The following is an example of the CANCEL macro command:

ISREDIT CANCEL

This will cause the current edit session to be cancelled.

Return Code:

Possible return codes are:

• 0: The command or statement ended successfully.

• 20: A critical error has occurred.
